Through a thorough and comprehensive reconstruction, the highest standards of functionality, safety, ecology, and infrastructure have been met. The stadium design combines modern design, sustainability, and functionality.
The stadium meets the UEFA Category 4 standards. This level of certification confirms the top quality of the infrastructure:
The entrances are wide, open, and accessible, allowing visitors easy access to the heart of the event. Each stand and part of the stadium has been carefully designed to offer maximum functionality and comfort.
The stadium’s facade is made from durable aluminum profiles that resemble wood and require no maintenance, while vertical gardens bring elements of nature and connect the stadium with its surroundings. Irrigation is handled by modern wells that collect rainwater. Environmentally friendly materials were used in construction.
With a capacity of 11,163 seats, including 627 VIP seats and 14 SKYBOXes with a capacity of 178 seats, it ensures a clear and unobstructed view of the field from every position.
A 1MW solar power plant installed on the stadium’s roof represents a significant step toward sustainability, making the stadium an example of modern and responsible construction. The stadium complies with the DNGB energy efficiency standard. 40-meter floodlights have been replaced with modern LED lighting, which reduces light pollution, while the stadium design significantly reduces noise pollution as well.
